How to track your order
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once we have shipped your order.
Additional costs outside the EU
For all customers outside the EU: customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, are not collected by us and are not included in the order total.
Delay
If a delivery is delayed or an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after the order was placed.
