A KLOQ is more than a clock.

KLOQ is a Dutch design brand that has been designing and making clocks in its own studio in the Netherlands since 2016. We combine the familiarity of a classic clock with the simplicity of modern Dutch Design: colour, form, material and a touch of nostalgia.

Our clocks are designed to last. We work with carefully selected materials, such as FSC-certified birch plywood and high-quality HPL, and use quality movements. Every KLOQ is assembled and checked with care.

What makes KLOQ special is precisely the combination of things that are normally opposites: nostalgia and innovation, minimalism and colour, craftsmanship and contemporary design.

A KLOQ doesn't need to stand out by being complicated. The design may be calm, but never ordinary. The shape is recognisable, the colours speak, and the materials feel like a conscious choice.

That's why we don't see a KLOQ as an everyday object that happens to hang on the wall, but as a design object that happens to tell the time.

And perhaps that is the most important reason to choose KLOQ: you're not buying a clock for today. You're choosing something you'll keep looking at for years.

Yes. KLOQ uses a high-quality silent sweep quartz movement. The hands move smoothly and make no ticking sound. The pendulum also moves  silently.

Yes. The pendulum can easily be stopped whenever you like by removing the AA battery from the pendulum unit. The clock will simply keep working as a clock.

Want the pendulum to swing again later? Just put the AA battery back in.

A KLOQ runs on 1 or 2 AA batteries (depending on the model). With normal use, the batteries last about 1 to 2 years. Batteries for the pendulum unit of a pendulum wall clock last around 8 to 12 months.

The clock comes with batteries included, so you can hang it up and use it straight away.

No worries. First check whether the batteries still have enough power and whether they are inserted correctly.

Our collection consists of a carefully selected palette of colours. Even so, you may have that one colour in mind that isn't included.

For a specific colour or a custom piece, you can always contact us. Depending on the colour, the material and the desired finish, we can see what is possible.

Most KLOQs are delivered within the Netherlands and Belgium within 2–5 working days.

For shipping abroad, please allow the following delivery times:
Germany: 3–5 working days
France: 3–6 working days
Other EU countries: 4–8 working days
Outside the EU: 7–14 working days

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace. During busy periods, promotions and holidays, delivery may take a little longer.

Is a product temporarily out of stock? Then we will let you know as soon as possible when your order can be delivered.

Yes. We ship KLOQs to various countries within and outside Europe.

For orders outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. These costs are payable by the recipient.

Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

As far as reasonably possible, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You will find the exact conditions and exceptions in our returns policy.

Yes. You can subscribe to the KLOQ newsletter via our website.

You will then be the first to hear about new designs, special colours, limited editions, collaborations and other KLOQ news. We would rather send you something genuinely useful than fill your inbox every week.

Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Yes. In addition to our regular collection, we also offer custom work and personalisation.

Think of a special colour, your own logo, a special dial, a limited or numbered series, or personalised packaging. We regularly create custom pieces for companies, interior projects, collaborations and special occasions.
